What are affirmations?

Affirmations are words, normally positive words or personal goals that we tell to ourselves, which has the power to bring change in our life.

Every word we tell to ourselves, through our inner voice, self talk or inner chat are ALL very powerful words. These words are responsible for most of the ideas and concepts that we have about ourselves.

The Universe is like a mirror, reflecting these ideas and concepts in the name of life.

In other words, the ideas created by words serve as a blueprint for building our reality, which is life. To change the blueprint first we have to change the words that created the ideas.

Sometimes, the words can come from outside too. For example, the words from parents, teachers and friends are also very powerful.

Ever heard about, a picture equals to thousand words? Well, we all have pictures in our mind that was created by WORDS, both from inside and outside.

Life is nothing more than the reflections of these inside pictures.



Affirming -The Two Step Process

Affirming is a two step process. The first part is the action or the process of consciously choosing the right words to tell ourselves.

Right words are words that will serve us the best to create our best life.

The second part is successfully putting the right words in our mind with less or zero disturbance of old negative words (or less serving words) inside the mind.



How to Make It Work?

Making your words to work powerfully is easy. Just follow the equation.

Affirmations + Affirming Technique (Power Supply) = Always Works

Most of us only complete the first part of the equation, and say it's not working.

We read positive statements or watch affirmative videos on YouTube. They are powerful but to make it work, it requires repetition. Repetition gives a consistent power supply to affirmations.However, repetition requires time.
